《大行報告》野村降龍湖(00960.HK)目標價至17.1元 去年盈利符預期
野村發表研報指,龍湖集團(00960.HK)去年盈利按年下跌,主要由於期內房地產發展業務表現較差所致,但符合預期。
該行指,龍湖期內經常性業務表現平平,全年投資物業收入僅按年增長9%,物業管理收入按年增長2%,增長緩慢,但龍湖期內仍宣派末期股息每股0.23元人民幣,連及中期股息,全年派息比率維持在30%。
野村維持予其「買入」評級,目標價從18.1元降至17.1元。
