《全日總結》恆指升320點 地產及銀行股領漲 金股炒上

美聯儲重申今年減息三次預測。美股三大指數創歷史收市新高，港股上升。恆指高開219點後升幅擴大，曾升430點見16,973點，全日升320點或1.9%，收16,863點；國指升101點或1.8%，收5,905點；恆生科技指數升31點或0.9%，收3,582點。大市全日成交總額1,180.51億元，滬、深港通南下交易淨入29.65億及39.06億元人民幣。
減息憧憬刺激地產股，恆地(00012.HK)及太古地產(01972.HK)升4.5%及4%，九倉置業(01997.HK)升3.5%，新世界(00017.HK)、恆隆地產(00101.HK)及長實集團(01113.HK)升逾2%。本地銀行股亦上漲，匯控(00005.HK)及中銀香港(02388.HK)升逾2%，恆生(00011.HK)升3.2%。
金價破頂，山東黃金(01787.HK)及招金(01818.HK)升5.8%及7%，中國黃金國際(02099.HK)及紫金(02899.HK)升4%及2.6%。油股中石油(00857.HK)及油服股中海油服(02883.HK)亦漲2.2%及4.5%。
科技股方面，美團(03690.HK)明日(22日)公布業績，股價抽高3.9%，小米(01810.HK)、京東(09618.HK)及網易(09999.HK)漲1.8%至2.5%，騰訊(00700.HK)計劃股份回購規模至少翻倍，全日股價升0.8%。快手(01024.HK)去年第四季經調整淨利潤勝預期，股價高開2.3%後倒跌，全日跌1%。商湯(00020.HK)再遭軟銀減持，股價升2.4%。金軟(03888.HK)去年虧轉盈賺4.83億元人民幣，派末期息0.14元，股價升5.3%。
舜宇(02382.HK)去年下半年毛利率續跌，純利不及指引中位數，股價挫13.2%。瑞聲(02018.HK)全年純利跌10%，股價升1.6%。市傳阿里(09988.HK)擬減持小鵬(XPEV.US)套逾3.2億美元，阿里升1.8%，小鵬(09868.HK)跌6.5%。
消費股方面，海底撈(06862.HK)及百勝中國(09987.HK)升5.5%及4.6%，安踏(02020.HK)、蒙牛(02319.HK)及潤啤(00291.HK))升3%至4%。汽車代理中升(00881.HK)升5.3%。高鑫零售(06808.HK)升6.5%。泡泡瑪特(09992.HK)去年純利升近1.3倍，且毛利率上升，股價漲16%。恆安(01044.HK)全年純利升46%，股價升1%。內房股龍湖(00960.HK)及合景泰富(01813.HK)升5.6%及6.2%，中海外(00688.HK)及潤地(01109.HK)升4.5%及3.7%。
其他股份方面，友邦(01299.HK)升1.9%。濠賭股銀娛(00027.HK)及金沙中國(01928.HK)升3%及3.5%。
