華潤啤酒(00291.HK):公司業務表現正面 不打算參與價格戰
華潤啤酒(00291.HK)董事會主席侯孝海表示,雖然去年內地消費情況出現很大壓力,不過公司在2023年第四季的銷售狀況及銷售價格均有增長。 他透露公司在今年雖然仍面對預期不足、預期減弱、需求不足、消費收縮等因素影響,不過2024年首兩個月的銷量及收入,仍能承接去年底的表現,錄得正增長。他表示公司銷量及收入已錄得接近連續六個月的增長,預計相關趨勢在未來仍會持續。 他續指,在經濟及消費情況不太樂觀的情況下,公司現時的業務表現已相對較好。預測公司2024年全年的業務表現將會是「穩中向好、樂觀為主、謹慎為副」,並指公司2024年會保持銷量、收入、利潤的三方面增長,繼續以推動公司業務增長為主要發展策略。 對於行業競爭方面,侯孝海留意到即使在消費收縮及消費分化的情況下,部分產品仍繼續發展消費升級。例如是品質不降,價格更優惠的情況。他認為在現時內地啤酒行業當中,消費升級及高端化仍是各個啤酒品牌的主要競爭賽道,並且正面對著更多的個性化及性價比需求。 至於產品定價方面,華潤啤酒指目前沒有整體加價的計劃,不過會因應市場的情況保持價格彈性。侯孝海亦指公司日後不排除有機會盡量加價,進一步提升公司的業績表現。另外,他表明公司沒有打價格戰的想法。
