《大行報告》高盛:中國首兩月工業生產及固產投數據優預期 料仍需更多寬鬆政策
高盛發表報告指,內地1至2月份經濟活動數據勝市場預期。雖然受到不利天氣條件影響,但由於出口強過預期,1至2月份工業生產按年增長略有回升,並大幅超出預期。1至2月份固定資產投資增速略有上升,同樣高於市場預期,得益於持續的財政寬鬆政策,惟房地產投資依然低迷。同期零售銷售按年增長放緩,但是在意料之中,反映去年高基數影響。
高盛指,綜合1至2月份內地經濟活動數據和3月初高頻跟蹤數據,認爲雖然各行各業出現顯着分化,但內地第一季經濟連續增長勢頭依然穩健。而要實現今年5%左右的增長目標,仍有必要採取更多寬鬆政策,尤其是在需求方面,如財政、住房和消費等。
