David Webb:尚未決定支持周大福或劉國權
佐丹奴(00709.HK)股東、獨立股評人David Webb昨天(12日)出席佐丹奴分析員會議。他表示周大福控股在現時沒有接觸他,並指出席會議目的是瞭解佐丹奴業務,以及公司其他股權持有人,個人尚未確定支持哪一方。
市傳周大福控股提出罷免劉國權,是由於佐丹奴在過去10年業績表現不佳所致。他指相關消息屬市場傳聞,並指佐丹奴一直有拓展不同市場。現時David Webb持有佐丹奴不足5%股權。(js/u)
