萬科南方區域重組:將城市公司由12家減至8家
據《界面新聞》報道,萬科企業(02202.HK)(000002.SZ)旗下萬科南方區域組織調整方案顯示,原有12個城市公司重組為8大城市公司,分別為深圳公司、廣佛公司、萬溪公司、東莞公司、珠西公司、福建公司、海南公司及廣西公司。
除組織架構調整外,原有城市總也有部分調整。萬科南方區域表示,此次組織調整是主動適應市場環境變化,匹配業務發展需要,對城市公司做進一步重組配置,使組織更靈活、高效,更及時地響應項目需求。(ta/w)
