《本地樓市》傳大型銀行停做「摸貨」按揭 經絡料大部分銀行將跟隨
市傳有大型銀行停做「摸貨」按揭,經絡按揭轉介首席副總裁曹德明表示,過往因政府推出多項辣稅措施,住宅物業的摸貨活動多年來近乎絕跡,雖然現時政府已全面撤辣,但並不代表鼓勵炒風。
他續指,現時有大型銀行發指引停做摸貨按揭,料其他銀行因應風險管理而暫時跟隨,即使有個別金融機構或可承造摸貨按揭,但審批時仍需要作多番考量,審核手續亦有待釐清。現時樓市仍未正式復甦,加上銀行對按揭業務取態偏向審慎,近期個別銀行亦調整按揭優惠如下調現金回贈,曹德明建議投資者入市前應做好風險管理。
