武漢有機控股再闖港交所，為中國及全球領先的甲苯衍生品供應商
據港交所3月4日披露，武漢有機控股有限公司（以下簡稱“武漢有機控股”）向港交所遞交招股書，擬香港主板IPO上市，獨家保薦人為交銀國際。據悉，武漢有機控股曾在2022年6月、2023年2月遞表港交所。
格隆匯瞭解到，武漢有機控股是中國及全球市場領先的甲苯衍生品供應商，產品銷往70多個國家及地區，其主要專注於通過有機合成工序製造甲苯氧化及氯化產品、苯甲酸氨化產品以及其他精細化工產品。
股權結構方面，招股書顯示，本次發行前，高雷通過其全資投資控股公司Vastocean Capital Limited持有武漢有機控股已發行股本的66.86%，Custodian Capital Ltd.持股9.69%，申英明通過SYM Holdings持股16.72%。

本次申請上市，武漢有機控股擬募集資金用於建設主要着重生產甲苯氯化產品及衍生品的新生產設施以增加湖北新軒宏生產基地的產能、研發活動、銷售及營銷活動、營運資金及一般企業用途。
截至最後可行日期，公司的自制產品組合主要包括五款甲苯氧化產品、兩款甲苯氯化產品、兩款苯甲酸氨化產品及超過20款具廣泛市場用途的其他精細化工產品。2021年至2023年，武漢有機控股約80%的收入來源於自制產品，其中甲苯氯化產品的營收佔比在40%以上，是公司的重要收入來源。

據弗若斯特沙利文報吿，按2022年的銷售收入計，武漢有機控股是中國最大的的苯甲酸、苯甲酸鈉及苯甲醇生產商，分別佔2022年中國市場總收入的59.1%、37.3%及36.0%；從全球市場來看，2022年公司在苯甲酸、苯甲酸鈉及苯甲醇生產商中位居第二，分別佔該年度全球市場總收入的35.7%、21.8%及21.3%。
業績方面，2021年、2022年及2023年，武漢有機控股的營業收入分別約27.89億元、31.34億元、26.77億元，對應的淨利潤分別約3.09億元、3.4億元、0.73億元。
