神话世界(00582.HK)发盈警,预料截至2023年12月31日止年度将录得综合净亏损介乎约4.5亿至5.4亿元,对比2022年度综合净亏损约2.17亿元有所增加。
公司解释,主要由于期内竞争激烈及各国旅游限制放宽后,本地游客出境旅游,对房价和入住率造成压力,导致综合渡假区发展分部收入减少;住宅物业销售受房地产市场低迷及利率上 升影响而减少;营运成本增加;以及无形资产减值确认等影响。
