大華銀行、澳新銀行及渣打香港(02888.HK)聯手向亞太區私募基金管理公司基匯資本牽頭財團,提供144億元的可持續發展表現掛鉤貸款,為其民坊旗下涵蓋16個香港購物商場物業的零售資產組合進行再融資。 該筆三年期可持續發展表現掛鉤貸款與可持續發展目標掛鉤,包括減少電力消耗、管理可回收廢料、實施綠色租賃實務及獲取WELL認證。這項貸款計劃體現基匯資本對可持續發展的承諾,並凸顯銀行業對幫助客戶實現低碳經濟目標的支持。 該再融資的購物商場物業組合位處人口稠密的地區,並鄰近九龍和新界的港鐵站。物業組合的總樓面面積約超過200萬平方呎,提供近8,000個車位。
