《本地樓市》據報新世界(00017.HK)荃灣D-PARK獲星基金以38億元洽購
《香港經濟日報》引述消息報道,新世界(00017.HK)旗下荃灣D-PARK商場獲新加坡基金以約38億元洽購,屬近年最大宗商場成交。
新世界昨日(29日)透露將提高出售非核心資產目標增至80億元,公司昨公布業績後,今早(3月1日)股價受壓,現報9.41元,跌4.7%,成交3,288.66萬股,涉資3.19億元。
D-PARK總面積逾46.6萬方呎,另設有停車場,由新世界與香港興業國際(00480.HK)所發展,於2010年時新世界以約13.8億元購入香港興業一半權益,隨後於2012年斥資7億元翻新,打造成親子商場。
2022年7月時,市場有消息指新世界暗盤放售旗下非核心物業,包括荃灣D-PARK,傳當時意向價60億元。
