《大行報告》大摩:放寬逆周期措施對銀行輕微正面 料影響明年始浮現
摩根士丹利發表報告指,金管局放寬逆周期措施,降低部分樓按要求,或會推動需求改善,對銀行輕微正面,但現時樓按定價仍然相對緊張,銀行亦需顧及信貸風險評估,因此相關措施對貸款增長及銀行盈利能力的有利影響,料明年始浮現。
該行對國際銀行如匯控(00005.HK)及渣打(02888.HK)維持「增持」評級,對本地銀行如恆生(00011.HK)及中銀香港(02388.HK)則予「與大市同步」評級。
