《內地樓市》據報中海地產斥近9.7億人幣奪天津河西區住宅地
中海地產公眾號公布,旗下華北公司(天津地區)以9.65億元人民幣競得河西區陳塘科技商務區地皮。
據《觀點新媒體》報道,該地皮位於河西區陳塘科技商務區郁江道與楓林北路交口,土地用途為城鎮住宅,用地面積約2.45萬平方米,容積率2.0,地上建築面積約4.9萬平方米,掛牌起始價為9.12億元人民幣。
按照規劃要求,該地皮須自土地交付之日起一年內開工建設,自開工之日起三年內竣工,地皮內配建的公共服務設施與首期建設項目同步建設、同步交付使用;新建住宅配套非經營性公建,由受讓人建成後無償移交給相關部門。(ta/u) ~
