金沙中國(01928.HK)鄭君諾:公司非博彩收入超越疫情前水平
新任金沙中國(01928.HK)行政總裁兼總裁的鄭君諾表示,公司的非博彩收入目前領先於新冠疫情前的水平。而在規劃未來非博彩開支方面進展順利,去年第四季的業績令公司對未來10年45億美元的投資有信心。從第四季度的業績中可以看到,公司的物業訪問量已經超過2019年,2023年商場的零售額達到33億美元,較2019年高出約12%。
鄭君諾指,金沙中國長期以來一直投資於其澳門物業的非博彩設施,但短期內將主要集中於擴大其會展設施。他透露,集團未來兩年將合共投資14億美元,首先用於擴建澳門倫敦人二期,然後用於升級威尼斯人金光綜藝館。
