格隆匯2月28日丨ASMPT(00522.HK)發佈公吿，2023年第四季度，銷售收入為港幣34.0億元(4.35億美元)，按年減少21.4%，按季亦減少2.0%；新增訂單總額為港幣27.4億元(3.50億美元)，按年減少12.2%，按季亦減少7.6%；毛利率為42.3%，按年增加87點子，按季亦增加812點子。
截至2023年12月31日止財政年度錄得銷售收入為港幣147.0億元(18.8億美元)，按年減少24.1%。本年度集團的綜合除税後盈利為港幣7.12億元(根據非香港財務報吿準則計量經調整為港幣7.45億元)，按年減少72.8%。2023年經調整盈利為港幣7.45億元(按年-71.5%)。本年度每股基本盈利為港幣1.73元(根據非香港財務報吿準則計量經調整為港幣1.82元)，而去年每股基本盈利則為港幣6.36元。2024年第一季度銷售收入預測將介乎3.7億美元至4.3億美元之間，以其中位數計按年減少20.0%，按季亦減少8.1%。
公吿表示，在充滿挑戰的下行週期年度，集團的業績受到半導體解決方案分部的影響。全年銷售收入為港幣147.0億元(18.8億美元)，按年下降24.1%。半導體解決方案分部的銷售收入按年下降37%，而表面貼裝技術解決方案分部則下降10%，表面貼裝技術解決方案分部的銷售收入佔集團總銷售收入約57%。這突顯了集團廣泛的業務組合優勢，因為其兩個分部遵循不同的業務週期，這在一定程度上幫助集團抵禦了下行週期所產生的影響。
