永利澳門(01128.HK)去年經調整EBITDAR錄得9.54億美元
永利澳門(01128.HK)控股股東Wynn Resorts年度報告披露,永利澳門2023年度經營收益31億美元,按年增加329.7%,主要是博彩量、酒店入住率及餐廳客流量上升。
年內,經調整後的物業EBITDAR錄得9.54億美元,相較上年度虧損2.21億美元。其中,永利皇宮及永利澳門經調整後的物業EBITDAR分別為6.16億美元及3.38億美元,主要受惠經營收益分別增加14.8億美元及9.02億美元,惟部份部經營開支增加所抵銷。
