《全日總結》恆指升255點 匯控績後跌逾3% 恆生龍湖漲9%

港股今日上升，恆指低開64點後掉頭向上，早市曾升508點見16,756點，匯控(00005.HK)午後股價下滑，大市升幅收窄，全日升255點或1.6%，收16,503點；國指升123點或2.2%，收5,642點；恆生科技指數升86點或2.7%，收3,351點。大市全日成交總額增至1,224.44億元，滬、深港通南下交易淨流入19.55億及13.35億元人民幣。
匯控去年列賬基準稅前溢利遜市場預期，全年派息僅勝市場預期下限，全日股價跌3.8%報60.25元，爲表現最差藍籌。恆生(00011.HK)全年派息按年增加59%，全日股價抽高9.1%報89.3元。
住建部指214個城市已建立房地產融資協調機制，內房股龍湖(00960.HK)升9.5%，爲升幅最大藍籌。合景泰富(01813.HK)、中國金茂(00817.HK)、綠城中國(03900.HK)及新城發展(01030.HK)升5.5%至6.6%，中海外(00688.HK)、潤地(01109.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)及融創中國(01918.HK)升4%至4.9%。內險股亦上漲，國壽(02628.HK)、中國太平(00966.HK)及衆安在線(06060.HK)升4.7%至5.7%，中國平安(02318.HK)股價亦升6.4%。內銀股招行(03968.HK)升5.4%。
科技股方面，阿里(09988.HK)及騰訊(00700.HK)升1%及1.6%，百度(09888.HK)升1.8%，美團(03690.HK)升4.9%，快手(01024.HK)、小米(01810.HK)、京東(09618.HK)及嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)升2.7%至3.3%。此外，微盟(02013.HK)、中軟(00354.HK)及商湯(00020.HK)升5.8%至7.1%，中芯(00981.HK)、金蝶(00268.HK)及京東健康(06618.HK)升逾4%。手機部件股瑞聲(02018.HK)及舜宇(02382.HK)升4%及3.7%。
車股方面，理想(02015.HK)及長汽(02333.HK)升逾4%，比亞迪(01211.HK)及零跑(09863.HK)升2.3%及3.1%。汽車代理中升(00881.HK)升4.5%。消費股方面，中免(01880.HK)、九毛九(09922.HK)、頤海(01579.HK)及潤啤(00291.HK)升5%至5.4%，李寧(02331.HK)、蒙牛(02319.HK)及青啤(00168.HK)漲逾3%。海底撈(06862.HK)去年持續經營業務最少增長1.7倍，股價升1%。
金屬資源股造好，招金(01818.HK)升4.9%，山東黃金(01787.HK)及紫金(02899.HK)升3.6%及2.7%，五礦資源(01208.HK)升3%。鋰業股贛鋒鋰業(01772.HK)及天齊鋰業(09696.HK)漲逾4%。
其他藍籌方面，港交所(00388.HK)及友邦(01299.HK)升逾2%，藥明生物(02269.HK)及藥明康德(02359.HK)升5.1%及4.8%，新世界(00017.HK)及恆隆地產(00101.HK)升逾4%。
