英国《The Telegraph》引述消息人士报道,京东(09618.HK)研究收购英国电器零售商Currys,刺激Currys于伦敦股价曾飙近38%高见64.9英镑,现升31%,报61.7英镑。
Currys于过去周末拒绝Elliott Advisors的7亿英磅收购建议。报道引述消息指,京东正在寻找中国以外的增长机会,最近数周与Currys进行接触,但双方的讨论仍处于早期阶段,同时两间公司亦研究合资及战略投资等合作方向。
