《本地樓市》美聯:本年迄今二手住宅註冊量按年跌三成 創五年低

根據美聯物業研究中心綜合土地註冊處資料顯示,本年至2月15日止二手住宅(包括二手私人住宅及二手公營房屋)註冊量合共錄3,790宗,宗數較去年同期5,590宗下跌約32.2%,比起2021年同期6,323宗更大跌約四成,並創五年同期新低。 美聯物業首席分析師劉嘉輝指出,按以金額劃分,不同金額的二手註冊量均按年下跌,當中宗數最多的600萬元或以下個案,今年截至2月15日錄2,464宗,按年下跌約24.5%;逾600萬至1,000萬元物業跌幅最大,按年下挫約46.7%;逾1,000萬至2,000萬元亦跌約37.3%;至於逾2,000萬元則跌約15%。
