《本地樓市》地產建設商會冀政府全面撤辣
港府將於本月28日發表新一份《財政預算案》,地產建設商會執委會主席梁志堅接受《有線新聞》電話訪問時表示,在預算案發表前冀能與財政司司長陳茂波會面,以表達業界對「撤辣」的聲音,希望政府全面「撤辣」,不明白為何「做一些不做一些」。
此外,戴德梁行大中華區副總裁陶汝鴻認為,辣招在財政佔的比例不大,如全面「撤辣」後相信本地買家、投資者或海外買家的需求增大,成交量增加下,不排除帶來的稅收可抵銷所損失的「辣招稅」收入。
然而,陶汝鴻認為政府未必會全面「撤辣」,或將保留額外印花稅以限制短期轉售及投機活動,惟估計較大機會撤銷與投資者相關的雙倍從價印花稅。
