《本地樓市》新地(00016.HK)啟德「天璽-海」最快下月招標售樓 月內或開放示位
新地(00016.HK)啟德「天璽-海」本月有機會上載樓書及開放示範單位。新地代理總經理陳漢麟表示,項目最快3月招標售樓。
新地副董事總經理雷霆預期,本港上半年樓市將由豪宅主導,而當利率回落後,資金將流入住宅市場,亦令由租轉買的誘因增強。他又希望政府可以撤辣,令樓市全面復甦。
「天璽-海」設有約2.5萬平方呎室內住客會所及近5.4萬平方呎室外會所、公用花園及遊樂地方,總面積約8萬平方呎。
