格隆匯2月15日丨中國天化工(00362.HK)公吿,截至2023年12月31日止6個月中期業績,集團的收益約為2500萬港元,較去年同期減少約74%。集團收益減少乃由於期間內碳化鈣生產線暫停運作所致。公司擁有人應占虧損約為8500萬港元(2022年:公司擁有人應占溢利約2.74億港元),較去年同期減少131%。集團利潤減少乃主要由於去年同期終止綜合入賬牡丹江佳日熱電有限公司收益的一次性利潤並無於報吿期間發生。董事已議決不會就期間宣派任何中期股息(2022年:無)。
