吉利德(GILD.US)擬斥43億美元收購CymaBay 擴大肝臟產品組合
吉利德科學(GILD.US)宣布,將以每股現金32.5美元收購CymaBay Therapeutics(CBAY.US),或總股本價值43億美元。
根據合作協議,CymaBay的研究性主導產品候選藥物seladelpar用於治療原發性膽汁性膽管炎(PBC),包括瘙癢症,補充吉利德現有的肝臟產品組合,並符合其為患者提供轉化藥物的長期承諾。
該交易已獲得吉利德和CymaBay董事會的批准,預計將於2024年第一季完成,但須獲得監管部門的批准。
