《港股總結》恆指跌131點 內房及航運股挫 東方海外下滑8%

亞太區多個市場農曆新年假期休市。港股在兔年最後交易日半日市偏軟。恆指低開168點後，跌幅曾擴大至347點見15,531點，其後跌幅收窄，收市跌131點或0.8%，報15,746點；國指跌53點或1%，收5,306點；恆生科技指數跌41點或1.3%，收3,127點。大市半日市成交總額312.82億元。滬、深港通南下交易暫停，本月19日恢復。
內房項目融資白名單公布後，內房股回吐。萬科(02202.HK)及融創中國(01918.HK)跌7%及7.2%，綠城中國(03900.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)、新城發展(01030.HK)及富力(02777.HK)跌5.7%至6.5%。龍湖(00960.HK)1月總合同銷售額按年跌35%，股價跌6.7%。遠洋(03377.HK)繼續與債權人討論制定債務重組方案，股價跌2.8%。物管股華潤萬象生活(01209.HK)及碧服(06098.HK)跌3.4%及6.7%。
中證監主席由被指對違規行為零容忍的吳清接任。券商股廣發証券(01776.HK)、中金(03908.HK)及中信証券(06030.HK)跌5.3%至6.5%，中國銀河(06881.HK)及中信建投(06066.HK)跌3%及3.3%。內險股疲弱，中國太平(00966.HK)跌6.6%，中國平安(02318.HK)及眾安在線(06060.HK)跌2.5%及3.6%。國壽(02628.HK)1月原保費收入按年升2.2%，股價跌1.6%。
國際航運巨擘馬士基預警今年利潤且暫停股票回購觸發股價急挫，本港航運股隨外圍受壓。東方海外(00316.HK)及海豐(01308.HK)趺8.5%及9%，中遠海控(01919.HK)及太平洋航運(02343.HK)跌6.7%及5%。美國據報擬以關稅以外手段禁止進口中國電動車，Stellantis(STLA.US)入股的零跑(09863.HK)挫9.1%。蔚來-SW(09866.HK)、小鵬-W(09868.HK)及吉利(00175.HK)亦跌逾2%。
科技股方面，騰訊(00700.HK)平收報287.2元，阿里-SW(09988.HK)、美團-W(03690.HK)、小米-W(01810.HK)及百度-SW(09888.HK)跌1.2%至1.7%，京東-SW(09618.HK)跌2.2%，網易-S(09999.HK)跌0.4%。此外，心動(02400.HK)、商湯-W(00020.HK)、平安好醫生(01833.HK)及閱文(00772.HK)跌逾4%，美圖(01357.HK)及雲音樂(09899.HK)跌5.5%及6%。
其他股份方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌0.5%報61.35元，港交所(00388.HK)升0.2%，友邦(01299.HK)跌0.2%，中燃氣(00384.HK)重新評估分拆增值服務上市時間表及地點，股價跌2%。永利澳門(01128.HK)未確定恢復派息時間表，股價仍升1.3%。此外，恆隆地產(00101.HK)跌4%，盤中見8.23元，為逾20年低。
