《本地樓市》天水圍巴士廠擬改劃私宅 料建1,760伙
政府改劃用地增供應,規劃署近日提出,將天水圍14區天柏路的巴士廠,由現時「其他指定(巴士廠)」、「政府、機構或社區」等用途,改劃成「住宅(甲類)」,並以地積比率6.4倍發展,可建樓面料約102萬平方呎,將會提供約1,760伙,預計人口約4,760人,另須提供社福、零售設施,以及幼稚園等。屬於新地(00016.HK)同區YOHO WEST後區內另一個大型私樓項目。
該幅地皮,現時由政府以短期租約形式批予九巴作巴士廠用途。
