新地(00016.HK)旗下V Walk及V city斥資逾680萬舉辦農曆新年活動 冀生意額按年增20%
新地(00016.HK)旗下商場V Walk及V city斥資逾680萬元舉辦逾15個龍年活動及表演。新鴻基地產代理租務副總經理孫雅茵表示,兩個商場舉辦各式各樣新年活動以配合政府「日夜都繽紛」主題,冀能發揮乘數效應,帶動消費市道升溫。她提到,市民於大時大節普遍比較願意花錢,尤其新年要樣樣換新,有望2月份春節期間人流及生意額分別按年增長約15及20%。
孫雅茵指,為提高旅客春節黃金週購物慾,V Walk及V city策動連串旅客新年有禮活動,亦與廣州天匯廣場igc聯手,共發放逾200萬元商場電子禮券及商戶優惠券以刺激消費,又加推開心購賞車票,派發共3,000張口岸車票。
她續表示,回顧2023,旅遊業復甦及闊別多年之大型企業活動回歸,V Walk及V city全年人流及營業額按年分別增約12%及20%。承接聖誕消費熱潮,而且春節氣氛濃厚,預料服裝及飾品商戶的銷售額較上季有約25%升幅;健康食品及海味商戶的生意額較去年同期增長約30至40%;珠寶首飾及金舖生意額按年升約25至30%。再者,很多市民趁新春佳節與家人及朋友聚首一堂,傳統中菜廳和酒樓的晚市時段訂座率早於農曆新年2星期前已滿,整體中式食肆和售賣賀年食品商戶的營業額較去年同期分別升逾25至30%和35%。另外,現時V Walk及V city之出租率達100%。
