安踏(02020.HK)認購Amer Sports(AS.US)逾1,692萬股 涉資2.2億美元
安踏體育(02020.HK)公布,Amer Sports(AS.US)已於紐約時間周四(1日)開始交易,以最終發行價每股13美元初始發行1.05億股相關證券。公司作為擬議上市項下的基石投資者,已決定購買1,692.31萬股相關證券,涉資2.2億美元。
假設超額配售選擇權未有行使,當Amer Sports股東層面的上市後重組完成後,安踏將持有總計2.2億股相關證券,相當於Amer Sports已發行股份的約44.74%。
