《內地樓市》據報綠城服務參股杭州成立兩家物業服務公司 持股比例均佔51%
據《觀點網》報道,由綠城服務(02869.HK)集團間接全資持股綠城物業服務集團近期新增兩筆對外投資,分別於杭州參股成立兩家物業服務公司,投資比例均佔51%。
其中,杭州藍鎮桃李物業服務有限公司法定代表人為俞偉琪,杭州藍城小鎮物業服務有限公司法定代表人為錢晨。兩家新成立的物業服務公司註冊資本均為200萬元人民幣,經營範圍涵蓋物業管理、專業保潔及家政服務等多個領域。(ta/k) ~
