中國生物科技服務(08037.HK)：海南省藥品監督管理局批准進口醫療裝置
格隆匯1月30日丨中國生物科技服務(08037.HK)公吿，海南省藥品監督管理局已經於2024年1月28日批准進口(i)硼中子俘獲治療中子照射系統(型號：BNCTS-2-3)；及(ii)硼中子俘獲治療治療規劃程序(型號：BNCTDE-1)(統稱為"醫療裝置")，作為在中華人民共和國海南自由貿易港博鰲樂城國際醫療旅遊先行區硼中子俘獲治療癌症治療中心使用急需醫療裝置。
於2022年2月28日，公司間接全資附屬公司鵬博(海南)硼中子醫療科技有限公司("鵬博海南")已與海南博鰲樂城國際醫療旅遊先行區管理局簽訂入園投資協議。根據入園協議，鵬博海南已經承諾建造及營運硼中子俘獲治療中心，其採用以加速器為基礎的硼中子俘獲治療系統，系統包括用作硼中子俘獲治療的迴旋加速器、劑量計算方案及相關醫療設備，其將由Sumitomo Heavy Industries,Ltd.("住友")採購及供應。
於2022年6月，鵬博海南與住友簽署一系列銷售合約、服務合約及諒解備忘錄，內容有關供應硼中子俘獲治療系統及初始備用零部件以及提供開始營運硼中子俘獲治療中心所需營運及維護服務。硼中子俘獲治療中心建設工程已於2022年11月展開。於2022年12月，管理局已給予硼中子俘獲治療中心醫療機構執業許可證，為期五年至2027年12月為止。
硼中子俘獲治療中心建設工程一直按計劃時間表進行。一旦設施的主體結構施工完成後，將會開始安裝硼中子俘獲治療系統。硼中子俘獲治療中心目標為於2024年年底或2025年年初開始營運。
該等醫療裝置乃由住友生產及供應，其將會在硼中子俘獲治療中心用作治療不可切除的局部晚期或局部複發性頭頸癌。
硼中子俘獲治療中子照射系統為一種緊湊型硼中子俘獲治療系統，可安裝於醫院內。其由質子加速器、質子束傳輸系統、中子照射裝置及其他相關裝置組成。傳輸系統會將來自加速器的質子束輻合或偏轉以撞擊放置於中子照射裝置上的靶點。靶點由鈹製成，而質子與鈹原子核間的碰撞會引發核反應，產生具有非常高能量的中子。硼中子俘獲治療中子照射系統中的相關裝置會緩和並降低中子能量，安全地產生適合患者進行硼中子俘獲治療的穩定中子束。
硼中子俘獲治療治療規劃程序根據輪廓資料(身體輪廓、器官形狀、骨骼區域、治療區域的形狀╱組成部分及生物參數)及照射條件(照射設備、照射端口數目、準直儀的形狀、等中心、照射角度及血液藥物濃度)計算硼中子俘獲治療中達到的劑量分佈，以協助醫生以硼中子俘獲治療制訂治療計劃。
