天齊鋰業(002466.SZ)：2023年度淨利潤預降62.90%-72.56%
格隆匯1月30日丨天齊鋰業(002466.SZ)公佈2023年度業績預吿，報吿期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤盈利662,000萬元–895,000萬元，比上年同期下降62.90%-72.56%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤盈利650,000萬元–882,000萬元，比上年同期下降61.75%-71.81%；基本每股收益盈利4.04元/股–5.46元/股。
2023年度公司業績變動的主要原因是：
1、受鋰化工產品市場波動的影響，公司鋰化工產品銷售價格較上年下降，鋰化工產品毛利下降；
2、鋰精礦售價較上年上升導致公司控股子公司Windfield Holdings PtyLtd淨利潤增加，所得税費用增加，少數股東損益增加；
3、截至本業績預吿公吿日，公司重要的聯營公司Sociedad Químicay Minerade Chile S.A.(以下簡稱“SQM”)尚未公吿其2023年第四季度業績報吿。公司全面考慮所能獲取的可靠信息，沿用一貫方式，採用彭博社預測的SQM2023年第四季度每股收益等信息來計算同期公司對SQM的投資收益。根據前述預測，SQM2023年度業績預計將同比下降，因此公司在2023年度確認的對該聯營公司的投資收益較2022年度下降。
4、2022年度內，公司參股公司SESHoldings Pte.Ltd(以下簡稱“SES”)在紐約證券交易所上市，公司因被動稀釋所持SES股權導致失去對SES的重大影響，產生由長期股權投資變為其他權益工具投資的投資收益，2023年度內無此事項，導致投資收益同比減少約12億元。上述因被動稀釋導致長期股權投資被動處置產生的投資收益為非經常性損益。
5、結合市場狀況、公司經營預測等情況，根據《企業會計準則第8號——資產減值》及相關會計政策規定，公司將針對在2023年資產負債表日存在減值跡象的資產進行減值測試。經財務部門基於當前情況的初步測算，預計本期計提的資產減值損失較上年增加。
