中行江西省分行原行長張東向涉受賄及洗錢罪被提起公訴
最高人民檢察院公布,中國銀行(03988.HK)(601988.SH)江西省分行原黨委書記、行長張東向涉嫌受賄罪、洗錢罪一案,日前由江西省宜春市人民檢察院依法向宜春市中級人民法院提起公訴。
檢察機關在審查起訴階段,依法告知被告人張東向享有的訴訟權利,並依法訊問被告人,聽取辯護人的意見。
宜春市人民檢察院起訴指控被告人張東向利用擔任各職務上的便利為他人謀取利益,非法收受他人財物,數額特別巨大;通過金融理財手段,掩飾、隱瞞受賄犯罪所得來源和性質,依法應當以受賄罪、洗錢罪追究其刑事責任。
