中國碳中和(01372.HK)斥6,000萬元購環境保護和生態修復方案業務
中國碳中和(01372.HK)公布,其全資附屬中國碳中和集團以代價6,000萬元,向Stable Sheen收購目標公司中國生態環境發展100%股權。
目標公司主要從事投資業務,其子公司在國內提供環境保護和生態修復解決方案,包括綠化、山體植被恢復、污水處理、大氣治理、濕地修復、以及廢棄物資再利用等多個領域。
公司認為,收購事項將進一步擴張業務計劃,並可與公司的碳中和業務產生效應,實現協同效果提升營運和盈利能力。
