平安好醫生(01833.HK):去年已完成人事調整 是常規管理動作
《紅星資本局》報道,近日陷入人事架構調整及裁員風波的平安好醫生(01833.HK)表示,公司根據業務發展需要,不時進行組織架構及人員的調整,是常規管理動作,而有關的動作已於去年完成,公司已採取積極措施幫助因調整而受影響的員工,充分保障其合法勞動權益。
平安好醫生去年開始中高層及普通員工的職務調整,當中大部分高層需重新競聘上崗,包括高級副總裁陳琳、吳德軍等人在競聘中失利。此外,公司主要組織架構也重新佈局為技術中心、醫療事業中心等五大中心。
