安踏體育(02020.HK)公布,1月22日(美國時間),合營Amer Sports已就於紐約證券交易所擬議上市向SEC公開提交經更新交註冊聲明。集團於擬議上市項下可能購買Amer Sports普通股,總金額不高於2.2億美元。
聲明披露,Amer Sports2023年度預計收益介乎43.53億至43.63億美元,按年增加22.7%-23%。經調整 EBITDA介乎5.97億至6.07億美元,增長31.8%-34%。估計淨虧損介乎2.04億至2.34億美元。
