中銀香港(02388.HK)對居屋按揭等取消貸款不再豁免手續費 最少付5,000元
中銀香港(02388.HK)已於本月初開始,不再向資助房屋按揭貸款客戶豁免「取消貸款手續費」,意味若果居屋、租置或綠置居的按揭客戶簽紙確認獲批貸款後又取消,將要繳付相當於貸款額0.15%的手續費,最少要支付5,000元。
此外,中銀將「自動轉帳付款-其他收費」項目中,涉及「建立或修改常設指示-自動轉帳付款」的收費由原來每筆70港元加至100港元,或每筆56元人民幣加至90元人民幣,加幅分別約為43%及61%。
