平安不動產因正榮債務違約逾4億人幣 將承擔49%連帶清償責任
平安不動產公布,公司關聯方上海安歡管理諮詢與正榮地產(06158.HK)在鄭州合作湖悅瀾庭南苑項目,雙方合股成立鄭州榮熙置業發展有限公司。因合作方正榮地產債務違約,項目公司無法按時償還貸款。貸款行招商銀行(03968.HK)(600036.SH)鄭州分行起訴項目公司要求歸還剩餘貸款本息及罰息合計4.54億元人民幣,不動產和上海安歡合計按股比49%承擔責任。(ta/w)
