《大行報告》大摩料港鐵(00066.HK)去年派息持平 維持「減持」評級
摩根士丹利發表研究報告指,港鐵(00066.HK)旗下鐵路及零售業務仍未恢復至疫情前水平,去年下半年未有房地產開發項目完工,同時土地招標受到市場疲軟所影響,計及去年下半年日出康城第11期的物業發展利潤初步入帳,預測2023年度派息將按年持平,對比早前預期將按年增加2%。
港鐵表明將繼續堅持漸進式派息政策,但82億元的股息總額已高於大摩對2024年經常性利潤的預測。相應大摩將港鐵2023年的每股盈利預測下調3%,2024及2025年分別下調5%及1%,以反映提前終止斯德哥爾摩Pendeltag項目的額外費用,以及鐵路和零售業務復甦放緩,預計2023年基本利潤按年跌39%至65億元,維持目標價29元及「減持」評級。
