住建部房地產市場監管司:確保完成保交樓任務 着力穩定房地產市場
住房城鄉建設部房地產市場監管司強調,着力穩定房地產市場,加快構建房地產發展新模式。2024年,住建部房地產市場監管司將按照全國住房和城鄉建設工作會議部署,繼續堅持房子是用來住的、不是用來炒的定位,適應房地產市場供求關係發生重大變化的新形勢,穩市場、防風險、促轉型,構建房地產發展新模式,推動房地產高質量發展。 據《觀點網》獲悉,住建部進一步將穩定房地產市場,堅持因城施策、一城一策、精準施策,支持城市因地制宜調整房地產政策,滿足剛性和改善性住房需求,持續抓好保交樓保民生保穩定工作。會同有關部門及時研究解決保交樓工作推進中遇到的困難和問題,確保完成保交樓任務。同時加強預售資金監管,防止出現新的交付風險,穩妥處置房企風險。繼續配合金融管理部門,抓好各項金融支持政策的落實,一視同仁滿足不同所有制房企的合理融資需求,支持暫時資金鍊緊張的房企解決短期現金流緊張問題,促進其恢復正常經營。 此外,住建部將重拳整治房地產市場秩序。糾治房地產開發、交易、中介、物業等方面亂象,嚴肅查處各類違法違規行爲,會同配合有關方面推進住房領域供給側結構性改革,完善「保障+市場」的住房供應體系,建立「人、房、地、錢」要素聯動新機制,實施好「三大工程」建設,努力讓「人人有房住、房子有人住、人人住好房」。
