《內地樓市》中海地產去年交付逾20萬套房 惟面臨負債率上升等問題
中海外(00688.HK)旗下中海地產表示,2023年交付項目超過200批次,交付套數突破20萬套,實現100%及時交付率,其中110個項目甚至提前交付。
該成績在樓市領域頗為亮眼,但中海地產近年來在擴張規模的同時,也面臨著負債率上升等問題,未來能否保持勢頭待觀察。
據最新財報顯示,公司淨利潤增速放緩,現金流壓力加大。在此背景下,中海地產仍能夠維持較高的交付率,或與其優化項目管理及提升營運效率等舉措有關。(ta/k) ~
