港股異動丨國美零售一度升超30%,獲京東溢價19倍換股
國美零售(0493.HK)盤初一度拉昇升32.79%報0.081港元。國美零售昨晚公佈,本金額為1億美元可換股債券已於6月30日到期仍未償還,昨天就結算本金總額合共2.5億人民幣的換股債債券訂立協議,包括以1.05億人民幣出售從事家電安裝及維修服務業務的深圳十分到家服務科技約21.6%股權予京東集團。集團指,京東將不早於明年2月17日把本金額1.45億人民幣的換股債券按經調整每股換股價1.24港元,轉換為約1.3億股新股,佔擴大後股本約0.27%,換股價比昨天收報6.1仙(0.061港元)溢價約19.3倍。集團指,交易旨在償還部分債券,並能夠繼續與京東討論結算債券的解決方案。
