東方甄選(01797.HK)公布,上周五(22日),孫東旭已辭任公司非執行董事一職,其辭任乃由於最近的輿論風波,其對公司品牌及聲譽管理不善。董事會認為,孫東旭的辭任將能夠更好地維護公司股東的利益。
孫東旭已確認,與董事會並無意見分歧,並無向公司提出任何申索,亦無與其辭任有關的其他事宜須提請公司股東及香港聯合交易所垂注。
