Iliad提議114億美元合併意大利子公司 沃達豐股價升4%
法國電信公司 Iliad 周一提交了將其意大利業務與沃達豐 Vodafone (VOD.US)陷入困境的意大利業務合併的提案,交易價值104.5億歐元(114億美元),沃德豐股價周一在倫敦交易所升逾4%。
沃達豐在意大利手機市場的價格戰中一直未能提升意大利子公司的業績,Vodafone Italia將併入新公司。
根據提議,由法國富商 Xavier Niel 持有多數股權的 Iliad 將向沃達豐支付65億歐元現金,並另外向其提供20億歐元股東貸款。沃達豐股東也將獲得新公司50%的股份。
Iliad 執行長 Thomas Reynaud 表示,新公司將致力於加速當地的數位轉型,特別是光纖採用和 5G 部署,計劃在未來5年內投資超過40億歐元。
