格隆匯12月14日丨申萬宏源(06806.HK)公吿,公司所屬子公司申萬宏源證券有限公司2023年面向專業投資者公開發行次級公司債券(第三期)(以下簡稱“本期債券”)於2023年12月8日完成發行工作。本期債券發行規模人民幣16億元,期限5年,票面利率3.35%。
經深圳證券交易所審核,本期債券定於2023年12月13日起在深圳證券交易所上市,面向專業投資者中的機構投資者交易,債券簡稱“23申證C4”,債券代碼“148540”。
