內房普遍造好 潤地(01109.HK)及碧桂園(02007.HK)漲逾5%-8%
內地房地產併購熱度升溫,凸顯行業底部漸現。A股內房板塊逆深成升2.5%居榜首,有4隻個股漲停;擬回購股份兼增持的保利發展(600048.SH)曾漲逾9%高見10.5元人民幣,現報10.27元人民幣,漲近7%。 本港內房股今天普遍跑贏大市,尤其是碧桂園(02007.HK)及旭輝(00884.HK)高見0.82元及0.28元,現報0.79元及0.26元,回升8.2%及7%。 藍籌潤地(01109.HK)、世茂(00813.HK)及富力(02777.HK)齊升逾半成,前者由逾一年低位回升至27.2元,現報26.7元,回升5.1%。 藍籌龍湖(00960.HK)、中海宏洋(00081.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)、越秀地產(00123.HK)、龍光(03380.HK)、中駿(01966.HK)、寶龍(01238.HK)、美的置業(03990.HK)及遠洋(03377.HK)升3%-5.6%。 中海外(00688.HK)、萬科(02202.HK)及綠城中國(03900.HK)升2.5%-3%。 然而,融創中國(01918.HK)三連跌,最低見1.46元,創逾三個月低,現報1.56元,跌逾4%。時代中國(01233.HK)曾低見0.27元屢尋底。 中指研究院披露,11月內房業共有46宗併購交易,按月增加11宗,其中40宗總交易額252.6億元人民幣,按月增199.8%,平均單宗交易規模6.3億元,按月增19.9%。 恆指午後升幅擴大,最高見16,403,現報16,388,回升187點或1.2%,總成交額549億元。
