富瑞發表研究報告指,阿里健康(00241.HK)上半年銷售按年增13%至130億元人民幣;經調整淨收入升84%至6.43億元人民幣;毛利率增2.1個百分點至22.1%;純利升逾1.7倍至4.46億元人民幣。 公司又計劃以135億元的價格收購母企的醫療健康項目營銷權。該行提到,交易完成後,母企阿里巴巴-SW(09988.HK)在集團的股份將由56.99%增至63.83%。該行預期,是次收購令集團在合收入率和醫療保健業務獲得更多控制權,料這筆交易將在2024財年結束時完成,因此,該行預計集團2025財年的收入基礎和利潤率將會有所改善。 該行將公司的目標價由10.8元下調至8.2元,評級為「買入」。
