恆地新地購逾80萬尺新田科技城地皮 均尺約300元
《信報》報道,恆地(00012.HK)及新地(00016.HK)近月以約2.4億元購入該區逾80萬平方尺地皮,平均尺價約300元,若連同早年已收購之地皮,估計兩大地產商在該區持有約180萬平方尺農地,其中,據今年5月政府公佈新田科技城的建議發展大綱圖,約120萬平方尺落入早前公佈的新田科技城可作混合發展之地皮,若以地積比7倍作推算,估算可建樓面約840萬平方尺,規模媲美兩個天水圍嘉湖山莊。
資料顯示,丈量約份第99約地段第741號、第744號餘段、第746號餘及第748號餘段,本月初以2.41億元由數名文姓人士售出,有關地皮佔地約80.5萬方尺,每方尺地價約300元水平,登記買家爲旋高發展有限公司(Topcycle Development Limited),公司董事包括新地副董事總經理雷霆、黃植榮,以及恆地副主席林高演、執行董事馮李煥(王京)等。
