融創中國(01918.HK)附屬出售上海項目15.62%權益 減債25億人民幣
融創中國(01918.HK)公布,非全資附屬上海顥軒根據重組安排協議向杭州西奧出售浙江啟隆15.625%股權連債權,代價25億人民幣,其中,24億人民幣由現有債務進行抵銷,餘額由杭州西奧代上海顥軒償還欠付新湖中寶(600208.SH)的債務。集團預計重組錄得稅前溢利約1.8億人民幣。
完成後,集團、新湖中寶、杭州西奧將分別持有浙江啟隆25%、50%及15.625%。後者主要從事位於上海市黃浦區住宅開發項目。
