據報建行(00939.HK)與6家房企召開座談會 擬進一步支持融資需求
《澎湃新聞》報道,建設銀行(00939.HK)總行上周五(24日)在北京召集6家房企舉行座談會,聽取各家房企需求,計劃進一步支持房企融資需求,補充流動性。6家房企包括萬科(02202.HK)、龍湖(00960.HK)、美的置業(03990.HK)、新城發展(01030.HK)、濱江集團(002244.SZ)、大華集團。
在座談會上,各家房企就債券承銷與投資、經營性物業貸款、銀行授信增額、境外及跨境融資等方面進行交流。據報交通銀行(03328.HK)總行亦將於本周召集8家房企討論相關事宜。
