聯交所將印尼證交所納入認可證券交易所名單 主板上市公司可申請在港第二上市
港交所(00388.HK)全資附屬聯交所公布,已將印尼證交所納入其認可證券交易所名單。今後,在印尼證交所主板市場上市的公司可以在香港申請第二上市。
港交所上市主管伍潔鏇表示,是次的納入將支持香港印尼兩地潛在跨境上市安排,為印尼企業提供接觸更廣泛的區域和全球投資者的機會,為它們提供推動業務增長及提高市場知名度的平台。這也將進一步豐富港交所的產品生態圈,為香港市場的投資者提供更廣泛的投資機遇,鞏固香港作為亞洲首要國際金融中心的地位。
隨著印尼證交所以及早前沙特交易所的加入,目前港交所的認可證券交易所名單上共有17間海外證券交易所,遍佈全球16個國家。
