國美零售(00493.HK)就股價及成交量上升聲明,注意到有關國美超市計劃在三年內成立10,000間超市的各種報道,就此,澄清公司並非擬開展的超市業務的訂約方。據了解,擬開展的超市業務將由公司主要股東黃光裕及其關聯方與獨立第三方合作經營。同時,公司不排除未來探索零售新項目機會的可能性。
